Description

We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Strategic Partnerships & Influencer Marketing Manager to build and manage partnerships that expand our brand reach, strengthen thought leadership, and accelerate demand generation. This role will identify, develop, and activate relationships with strategic partners, industry associations, analysts, influencers, customers, and content collaborators to create mutually beneficial marketing opportunities.

In this role you can expect to

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and execute a global strategic partnership and influencer marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with industry influencers, analysts, strategic partners, associations, and content collaborators.
• Create integrated co-marketing campaigns including webinars, research reports, events, podcasts, social campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Communications, and Demand Generation to maximise partnership value.
• Manage executive relationships with key external organisations and industry experts.
• Measure partnership performance, engagement, pipeline contribution, and return on investment.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and oversee execution of joint marketing activities.
• Identify new opportunities to expand brand visibility through emerging creators, communities, and professional networks.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to identify partnership opportunities, monitor engagement, and optimise outreach.
• Represent the organisation at industry conferences, events, and partner meetings.

All About You

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliance marketing, influencer marketing, business development, or integrated marketing.
• Experience building executive-level relationships with partners and external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, and thought leadership.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional marketing initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring partnership performance and marketing ROI.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and partnership management tools.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled research, outreach, and relationship management tools.
• Highly organised with exceptional project management skills.
